Worked on design and development of Appian BPM applications for the leading Banking sector. We have developed the application for Invoice Discounting loans. It contains the Request for the loans from the Different Sources (Internet Banking/ BPM/ Smart Form).
The system contains the web services to consume in appian and expose Restful services to different Environments to raise the details in the BPM system. Integrate the RPA for world check to verify the fraud customers. Verify the loan documents and send them to a different environment to validating the documents.
Designed wireframes, and helped the development team to implement core models for Apni Kheti.
Drive implementation of best agile practices: dynamic team collaboration, transparent communication, informative metrics, lean development, continuous improvement. Sets and runs effective recurring status meetings with the product, portfolio and delivery managers. Translated business process specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions. Support data gathering and analysis to facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution. Create design solutions for rich user experience, including strategy decks, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and detailed visual mockups. Conduct and participate in detailed business and technical design reviews and validate the design follows the approved architecture.

This re-design project replaced the legacy web framework that was built with 2-tier architecture and suffered lack of support and maintenance. The new design enabled the website to be MVC compliant using Spring MVC framework which paved way for easy maintenance and robust design. Team has successfully completed the required UI and Batch changes for 32 applications for migration.
